Natural Antibiotic

I heard this somewhere that there is an
alternative way of having a natural antibiotic rather than
taking an antibiotic drug which is bad for the liver when taken often
even not so often, it's still not good in my opinion

I beleive to take antibiotic drugs only when really needed
and sometime having a cold is a hassle especially when not totally cured
that would end up taking antibiotic drugs

We had a cold one time and seem needed to
take an antibiotic, so I decided for early
prevention we took alternative antiobiotic

For me, I find it effective, we only took
it for two days and noticed my daughter
didn't have the phlegm color.

am not a doctor, this is a herbal alternative natural antibiotic
am just sharing this to those who are looking for a natural alternative way
For me, I find this is the best alternative antibiotic
and safe for the liver

feel free to share and comment below

"Natural Antibiotic"
3 times a day

Ingredients:
  1   whole       Garlic              (chopped)
10    Pcs.          Calamansi      (freshly squeezed)
  2    tbsp          Honey             (Pure)

Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients together very well.
2. For child 1 tsp 3 x a day (Measurement of drink for the child is adjusted)
.... adult 1 tbsp 3 x a day

Three ways to intake:
1.  Crush the garlic very we'll if your going to swallow using spoon

2.  If chopped only, you can swallow the garlic as a tablet but make there is no sharp edges.

3. Or make it a juice... add water, mix will, strain it, add ice, then drink. (kids can intake in this method)

Ingredients amount for making 1 glass juice:
2 pcs        calamansi
3 cloves  garlic
1 tsp         pure honey
                  water
                  ice
mix them well, strain & ready to drink.

please note if you find the clove of garlic is big then just use 2 pcs.  But if small then use 3 pcs. cloves garlic.

If your planning to take a lot of natural antibiotic then use the ingredient procedure, if not then just use half of the amount.

How to intake:
1. If your are really sick and starting to clog up pores and watery eyes.
...for me, I took it as way medicine would take ....3x a day right after meal
...I stopped for just 21/2 days coz I already felt better.

2. If your not sick at all but your out the whole day and around with contact who are sick like colds, sneezing, coughing around.
...for me, when I arrived home I make this alternative BUT JUST TOOK A SIP (since we're not sick)
...it's just for prevention since we just took a sip
