A great drink for a cold weather in December

"Mochafe"

Ingredients:

1 glass           Milo
1 tsp.             Powdered Coffee (Nescafe)
2 sachet         Brown sugar
1 tsp or tbsp  Milk
              add  Whip Cream

Optional for Garnish:
a  pinch of cinnamon powder
a  pinch of nutmeg powder
And
Drizzle with chocolate syrup (I prefer dark chocolate...yum!)

Procedure:

1.  Ready 1 glass of hot Milo.  If you want to make more then boil them in a caserole pan.

2.  Add 1 teaspoon powdered coffee. I used Nescafe for a milder taste.  You can use other coffee powder if you depends on your taste.  If you want more stronger coffee just add more coffee powder.

3.  In a one cup measurement, add two sachets of brown sugar. (you can adjust sugar to taste)

4.  Add your milk.

5. Garnish it with whip cream. (In the photo, the whip cream has already melted)

6.  After placing the whip cream, you may optionally add the garnishes...cinammon and nutmeg powder.

7.  Serve hot or cold.  Enjoy.
